April has dedicated the last 27 years of her career caring for women. While she still enjoys caring for women, she is very excited to be expanding her scope, to care for men as well! She takes pride in the outstanding results that are achieved for our clients, and is committed to provide the best possible care. She is the region's first

Jessica Moffitt, BSN, RN
Hey my name is Jessica. I have been a nurse for 5 years. The majority of my career has been in Labor and Delivery. I want to expand my career into esthetics to help all individuals embrace and love the skin they are in. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband. We enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
Autum Smith, BSN, RN
My name is Autumn Smith and I am a Registered Nurse. I have been in Labor and Delivery for 7 years and love what I do. My passion has always been Women’s Health. I am excited to provide our community with a range of new aesthetics and wellness services to help women and men look and feel more confident in their skin!
Outside of work, I enjoy being with family and friends, reading, sports and fly fishing!
Chelsea Guy, CCMA
Chelsea has dedicated the last 17 years caring for her community at the bedside. She has an unwavering ability to make patients feel safe, comfortable and at ease while providing excellent care.
When not working in healthcare, she loves to spend time with her family. From watching her children play sports, to going fishing, she is always on the move with her family.
Rachel Barger, Esthetician
Rachel is a licensed esthetician with a passion for what she does. She is dedicated to helping you feel your best in your skin. Her goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere for her clients, and find natural methods of improving skin. When not working, she enjoys backpacking, baking, and spending time with others.
Jeffery Greene
Jeffery has had a passion for health and wellness. He has dedicated his education to health & wellness with a focus on musculoskeletal health. With a deep understanding of body mechanics, and conditions affecting muscles, bones, joints, and movement function he is an asset to our team!
He is certified specifically in joint injections and his previous college eduction, degrees and licenses only enhance his understanding of the body, how it moves, works and how to improve pain and chronic pain for patients. When not working, Jeffery loves to be outside, he often runs Spartan races, loves to mountain bike, and is competitive on the pickle ball court. Jeffery also loves spending time with family and friends.
Gabrielle Johnson
"Gabby" has a passion for helping people. She is dedicated to providing you with a helping hand and wants to be that positive influence to others. Her goal is to become a medical esthetician. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, and hopes to one day have a family of her own.
